Abandoned yacht?

I was driving north on A3 having been down for a day out on the water going nowhere and I thought I spotted an abandoned yacht on a trailer near Petersfield in a lay-by ? Thought I would mention in case anyone has lost a boat on trailer or is looking for one.

Did it have a flat tyre. If so the owner might have gone for a wheel and jack.
