I'm obviously not very good at irony then!:D

StLawrences flats whoops a whoist not a whereist!!!!

Actually not St Lawrence; it's down beyond Bradwell. I have cleared Mersea Quarters and Peter is coming down from the direction of Bradwell. Bit of zoom makes it misleading; I didn't cut him up - honest

I did eventually remember the cone - somewhere about the North Middle. I even felt guilty for a moment until I remembered that the only person who had seen me was you who would never tell anyway - so no one would know!!!!

'tis ironic that when I had the cone up, I had also hoisted the genny and so looked like I was sailing. At that point I was heading gently over the course of a mobo doing 20knots + up the West Swin. Said mobo couldn't have seen the cone but kindly turned early to starboard in good time and swept by with a cheery east coast wave. Mind you sail or power I was the stand-on vessel. Only other thing that came passed me in 12 hours was one of the Cwind cats from the London Array - who also swept by with a cheery wave.

There will be a chart of the Barrow No 2 crossing before the end of the week. Stacks of water there.
