This Might be of interest to some, some may hate it, Others might like it, but here a story about buying a Motor boat from the london boat show to getting her launched into the med and sailing to the Balearic islands from Murcia Spain.

It must have been a difficult trip, the boat started at 48 feet and arrived at only 46 feet

Couldn't you have bought one in the South of France or Spain?

Bought one from Sunseeker @ the factory and it was trucked to SoF .
As we lived in the U.K. and seen the modal in U.K. shows ,just seemed the line of least resistance.
You sort of mentality hang on to 98 % or what ever they make is exported and some how it miraculously ends up abroad .

Second one bought in Italy and had an enjoyable Del trip bringing back to the SoF .

Either way works a trust worthy seller makes the process hassle free .

Their second and third vids are much better. Their new boat seems to be fully loaded and they are really enjoying themselves. Nice boat. Just out of interest does anyone know what propulsion the Beneteau GT46 has? On the truck, it looked like outdrives or Zeus but all the technical info I can find says IPS or Z drives.

Ps I just realized that it’s the OP’s boat!

It seems so crazy they come from the south of France to uk then back to the med, but the story behind this boat was we got a deal on the display boat but had to wait for her to finish the boat shows until we could have her to ourselves, Plus this is the biggest boat we have had by a long shot so was nice to get lessons and ICC in the uk on her with english instructor etc. Thanks for all the comments guys, i have just put up the last part of the Vlog, (link bellow) this year we may aim for the other islands fingers crossed.

We did it last August, This Year we are planning on doing Mallorca, Fingers crossed we will get another good weather window
