A tense game. It could have gone either way, but it would have ben cruel indeed had it gone against us. Well done the Aussies for a brilliant rise to the challenge. But in the end we came through with a well deserved win.

Feeling very emotional, what a result. Well done England, the World Champions. One of the best days of my life.

Absolutely! There were a few leaps in the air in this house. I felt like England won it twice. Not entirely true but thankfully it did go the right way in the end. It was a deserved win. Specially with that Try. Well done England.

Great game! Extra time just like the football in 66.
When I played (in the backs) we would't have passed to a second row forward a few yards from the line. Thank God Kay's error didn't count in the end.
I hope they receive a tremendous reception on their return on Monday. They should tour the Capital in an open top bus.

Probably the only rugby game I have ever really enjoyed watching, and that not only because I don't now have to hang my head in shame when I visit those people over the other side of the Tasman.

Was a real cliffhanger, and hard fought. When one looks at the statistics for the game, the best team won for sure.
