A new vhf aerial

I had a look up the mast at the weekend and noticed the whip end has disappeared !! seams to be working fine but i feel it needs to be sorted sooner than latter !! i have been up the mast before and i realy dont mind doing some thing simple, with one hand to do the job and one hand clinging on so i was looking for some input for a ruputable company who could undertake such a task without stepping the mast . The boat is in at Tollesbury

Can't remember the name but their is a rigging firm in Maldon recommended by Tollesbury marina. Happy to up the mast but will charge for two blocks rather than trust you to opperate the winch. The alternative to paying their travelling time as well is to take the boat to the hard in Maldon.
