Portofino's one is a Shipmate. The Rodman lower helm one is a Sailor.

Upper helm is a Sailor C4951.

Lower helm is a Skanti 1000

Banks and Government always manage to do that everywhere.

Look at the UK, if history teached me well, it had the best production manufacturing industry in World in the 1950s.
Here come the bank and that's it by the 90s most of it is gone.
