Just like to wish all East Coasters a Happy Christmas and a half-decent 2009 summer.
Have enjoyed this forum and am grateful for the welcome extended when I arrived. Long may the bonhomie and the absence of unsociability continue!
Hope to meet more forum folk on the water next year.

Happy Christmas Dick, Roger & Roger and everyone yet to post! Be safe , have fun. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

I am reliably informed that the weather next year will be [--word removed--] - working on this fact I know I won't be disappointed. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

A Happy Christmas to all the East Coasties.

Wasn't there an east coast events calendar published online last year - any plans for the same in 2009?

Happy Xmas all....

Thanks for all the laughs, pleasureable company and good friendships in 2008.... and here's to them continuing in 2009.

Hope everyone has a wonderful festive break, and that Santa brings everyone lots of nice new shiny boaty goodies!

It used to have a sticky keeping it at the top but was replaced by CPDs Jester thread so we could follow his progress.

Ostend @ Anchor is last weekend in May (not the Bank Holiday one) and I expect we will have a Curry gathering at Brightlingsea but maybe later in the season than last year so those sailing back don't have to endure Artic conditions!

To all of the EC peeps i will not see before the end of the year thanks for some memorable times this year and may 2009 bring you all health, happyness and fair winds.

East Coast Calender is here, the sticky was dropped at the same time as the CPD venture one was, and I was supposed to add it to my signature line, but forgot on the last run of amendments /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
Soon as I get a chance I'll do it, but if anyone needs the login details just PM someone that knows. Well used last season, and worth keeping handy, IMHO of course /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Merry Christmas to all here, hope we don't have too many sore heads over the next few days /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
May all your troubles be small, and your drinks be large /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Merry Christmas to y'all from Mr & Mrs Chellers and the Chellers Seadog Lucy.

Hoping we get better weather next year and looking forward to doing some more sailing.

Wishing all East Coast Forumites a Very Merry Christmas.

I also want to give my heart felt thanks to all those who gave help and support following Sirenia's sinking.

Lets hope that 2009 is a much better year that 2008.

It was indeed a Merry Xmas, very busy, and the Gannets are scavenging the freezer for breakfast at the moment.

The turkey was excellent, and I learned a new carving method which works really well.

Peace to you all.
