Sail TV feeds at 800Kb so you need a better connection than we have here, but crafty TV feeds the same video at a slower speed 256K (not as good quality but it works)
Sail Tv are feeding from a new york server presently but will have a London based service soon with 400Kb feed, which should give good quality for those of us a long way from an exchange....brushing up on my tactics for tomorrows racing...
