A GLAZE Boat polish

|Sorry, I don't have a befoe and after pics. However my experience last year has been great. The boat really did look MUCH better and with a mid season wipe down (with Y10) the topsides have looked sparkling all season. It has seriously acted on preventing the yellow gunge from sticking to Tigger. I'll be reviving it this year. The full treatment is expensive the first time round, but then you get enough to last a long time.

I use it every year. You still need to clean and polish but then a tiny amount goes a long way and seals the surface which retains the polish for longer. Bird poo washes off easier too...

I looked into this product and am deeply suspicious about it. They refused to send me a small sample to evaluate it....they concentrate on selling it to the more money than sense powerboaters to whom they offer "a we will apply it for you ..and by the way it needs doing every year, sir" service. I had a rather baffling and unedifying conversation with one of their men on the boat show stand who would not give me straight answers .......To my mind something like Poliglow does much the same thing for less than half the price for two years treatment (including the applicator)....and if you don`t like it you can take it all off again with their cleaner. I have no connection with either company

I really want to know of you can STOP using A Glaze - or does it react with the surface of the gel coat (as they claim) so it is never the same again. I can imagine it may cause the hull to get patchy or dull unless you use it for ever. Dont know, just suspicious

which bit of his signature are you having trouble with?

NOHOH

Actually - we don't clean boats - we polished a couple last year - more on a friendly basis than anything.

I can give you some names, subject to their approval, on forumites that have requested advice, purchased products and been exceedingly happy with the service and products received.

We don't provide A Glaze, or have anything to do with A Glaze.

My boat is A Glazed - doesn't that say something !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still - £139 to A glaze a boat ? That's a bargain.

As a satisfied customer only.

To defend Adrian he has given me good sound advice and sold a few products in the past with out banging the commercial drum.

His commercial presence on the forum is an example of how it should be done IMO.
