A foggy trip back from Brittany!

Well I seem to be banged to rights and everyone else is happy with commercials.

Pete:

Sorry I called you a cheapskate spammer. Others seem to get something from these vids though you've lost me completely. I'll avoid any further comment.

Your new boat looks very nice.

Did the tape measure help work out how much antifouling you'd need? :p

They had just fitted a new speed/depth/temp transducer so I was trying to measure how far below the waterline and/or above the keel bottom it is so as to set the offset into the plotter/instrument head as I like to know the water depth preferably not what is below the transducer or even the keel( I like to see it saying for example 10ft, we draw 5.5ft, not 0.5ft as in below the keel even though the two figures are effectively the same. WE sail in what are called over here 'skinny' waters around here in the ICW And even out in the Bahamas so monitoring the depth is more important than when we were in the deep waters of the Channel, even though we had 7ft draught back then
