Is this another forumites boat I see before me?

Time to see if the Newtown Creek water speed record can be broken whilst pushing a 3 inch wake.

Surely it's too cold to swim?

Errrk! At least we have the GPS location of his last known position.

It's life Jim, but not as we know it.

Finally, the red carpet is unrolled and Vega does a lap of honour.

After the main event, we see if we can burn up a cruise ship. It takes a while, but flat water and Volvo Penta prevail in the end.

The skipper needs the odd reminder that it's not a dinghy.

Heading back.

Not sure. Have seen them at £3000 per leg for a DP-E?
I'd ask col / volvopaul / spannerman

Great shots and good to see children wearing correctly fitted lifejackets!

I've seen so many kids here in Spain running along pontoons and sitting on boats without any!

All credit to both of you!

We need to look after the next generation of Mobo's - nice boat too!

Nice post Dave,

We had to leave yesterday due to one of my dogs taking a turn for the worse, waiting for the dreaded phone call now. (don't think she'll make it) /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Would have to happen on the best weekend for three years. /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif

Glad you had a good 'un!

Nice looking boat Jimmy, so clean! /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

It's not an original Fairey, but a Swordsman 40.

The "small" engine options are Cummins 380's.
Going for "large" can get you Seatek 725's.

More details HERE.

Yes, I got a snap of a forumite too!

This guy didn't seem at all worried by drying out..

Spent Monday at Buckler's Hard walking up to Beaulieu in sunshine once the squall had passed. Returned this morning where the crew got drenched putting fenders out. Fortunately it had all stopped by the time I had to come out and adjust the mooring warps /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

It is said that the button that has the biggest contribution to overall photographic quality is "delete".

What's left are some stunning images, though... What camera / lens ?
