Doesn't seem to be many photos being posted this summer. Here's a few more from my part of the world.....
Switched off my laptop on Thursday afternoon and about 20 mins later found ourselves enjoying a pint in the Mermaid on Herm island....The joys of living close to the marina! ....Here's the view looking back from herm harbour across to Guernsey. Nixy-lu is middle right tied to the buoy.
The sunset over st. Sampsons marina when we got back....
Friday evening was the Harbour Carnival in St. Peter Port. One of the events is the Tug of War which takes place across the entrance to the Victoria Marina. The losing teams ends up in the water! .....you can see the rope being prepared across the gap. ....
Yesterday and today there was the latest round of the local powerboat racing. Here they are heading back in....a mix of different classes and the Condor Liberation in the background.
