A few days hardstanding,Essex rivers,suggestions please?

Hello folks if anyone would be kind enough to suggest somewhere..
My hull is clean after the Dutch canals,and I need a haul out,jetwash,2 or 3 days hardstanding to slap on my antifouling and a new anode,then crane in. Before she gets too much growth.
*I would be sleeping on board*

Anywhere Orwell,Stour,Colne,Blackie or Crouch would be ideal.
Water and leccy essential. 24 footer fin keel.

Many thanks in advance for any tips or leads,the main stumbling block would probably be..I LIVE ON MY BOAT for 3 seasons anyway so yes I will be sleeping on board!

can't advise on cost, but in terms of acceptance, Shotley don't have a problem with you staying on board while the boat is ashore... i've done it many times myself, and one of their own staff does so on a regular basis on their own boat.

Shotley Marina at the confluence of the Stour and the Orwell do a summer scrub, pressure wash etc on hardstanding with electricity and water (if you ask). Have just done that myself. Not sure of the cost for a visitor though (I am a berth holder at Shotley)

Cost is same for residents and visitors, except visitors are limited to 1 week ashore, residents are not.
