A Ferro In Mexico

Just touching base briefly. We bought a 45ft ferro in June and have just sailed her and she's everything we dreamed of and more. Her top speed, under mainsail and jib alone, reached 9.7 knots. She easily does 5 under the mere jib. We haven't even tried with the mizzen and the staysail yet.
She glides like a horse - if horses could glide.

Oh, by the end of the summer vacation, I've always missed Japan. I'm such a cow about it towards the end of July, leave, experience something new but never fail to rekindle my love for the country that has been my home for so long. It will be very hard to say 'sayonara' eventually.
