Actual photos were taken to west of Reykjavik, Church was a major clue

Bit of both, I had seen the church before, only in pictures, never seen it with the statue in front though.

One of the photography forums I use has a member from near there so I did a bit of a trawl. Found a great pano of it <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.topcatsail.co.uk>
