Tis a superb anchorage alright. Bit crowded last night though, there were three of us up there! We anchored off Abrahams Bosum in the Ore initially but shifted when the strong breeze set a swell running around the corner
The Butley was astonishingly well sheltered in comparison, hardly a ripple.
Stuck in the mud there ourselves, boat at a 25 degree angle fore and aft but stable. Slack water now so waiting for another three hours to float off. Unfortunately we woke up about an hour after we'd touched and even the mighty Thornycroft couldn't reverse us off
