Should she be described, as "a 27 foot bermudan cutter", or as a "27 feet, bermudan cutter"?

Back to boating and the OP‘s original question ……. Would “elderly small sailing boat“ suffice

(If need to specify not gaff rig, and can’t be many cutter rigged 27 footers boats built this century)

I think describing thinks correctly, clearly and unambiguously, is important, for a number of very valid reasons.

And .......... She was built last century!
