Looks Ok minus the rock, but the acid question is how much water is there at LW alongside?
We're heading round Ireland anticlockwise June and July so knowing how deep a new facility is would be helpful
It doesn't look deep when here, but the water is clear & tide range is small, so it's better than it first looks.
2.5m at MLWS here for most of the berths reducing to 1.5m at the far end on the side that does not have finger pontoons. But watch that rock at HW, it's completely covered. Absolutely no rafting on that side!

Greencastle gets a bit shallow, < 2m, at the far end.
River Bann bar has plenty of water, 3.5m, at MLWS & all the way up to Coleraine.
Rathmullan is deep on both sides of the long pontoon, with the shallow water on the shore side buoyed.
I was told that Fahan is silting & access is reduced, but I've not been there to confirm.
