My friend crossed his battery cables on his 9.9 4 stroke and now the motor won't start. What parts do I need to fix it. He called me and I haven't been to the motor yet. It just clicks. Fuse?

The click is probably the solenoid so power getting there. Always worth checking fuses but I don't think they would mind which way they would be connected. I suspect some electronics don't like reverse polarity but usually have protection for that, electric things won't mind so much. Try connecting the battery directly to the starter to see if it turns.
