Probably another daft question, but does anyone know if the 80 hp ford lehman is turbocharged as standard from the factory? and if not, has anyone fitted turbo's to these engines?

Lehman not turbocharched from the factory, Mermaid and I think Sabre used to do them result --130hp

From memory Lancing Marine 01273 410025 did list at one time an add on Turbo kit to that engine. www.lancingmarine.com.Cost around 2.5K

Not 100% but I think the 80HP lehman was 4 cylinder, the turbo ones were the 6 cylinder engines. which is the Ford Dover/Cargo engine.
