Thanks to Jim / Neil for a great evening even if the anchorage got a little less comfortable after 0100! I am amazed that the pub can afford to stay open. Good food at a good price too!

Got a couple of pics that I will try and post here of not they will be on "yourboatpics"

Hope Jim got back to his mooring OK.

Neil, if you fixed your mainsheet you should have had a good sail back, if you didn't get it fixed the wind was too on the nose anyway!

Hope to do it again sometime

I agree about the pub..... the locals seem genuinely pleased to see some 'foreigners' on their island!

Jim got back OK, cause I towed him back (i'm sure he'll be along to fill everyone in with the details /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif), and yes, I got my main block repaired, and had a fabulous sail back, tight reach/beat in 15 to 18kts..... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Peter, Hi, thanks for the photos and your excellent company.
All I did was to open your photo on yourboatpix, right click and select properties. Copy the URL, then come back to the thread reply, click on IMAGE in the Instant mark up menu box at the bottom of the reply, and paste the url into the box that pops up. click OK and Voila!

Thanks for going to the effort of uploading it.

Sadly, despite taking my camera along, bothering to charge it in advance, and creating plenty of space on the storage card, I completely failed to even remove it from my bag.....
