We've been watching re-runs of the TV series Deadliest Catch about the crab fishers in the Bering Sea. I bet they'd baulk at this one - or perhaps not?.....

They get paid by the kilo IIRC, as such I'm sure they'd find a way of winching it aboard.

and the really annoying thing is that I spend lots of time trying to avoid lobster pots that have been put down to feed Spaniards rather than my fellow countrymen

here is a thing.... I was told in westray that the outgrade crabs are blended - shell, guts, eyes and all into a paste the spaniards use in crab sticks and paella
