I do, though mainly just as a really quick glance to see what the next week is likely to be like, if the 564 line is way up north (from Algarve) then likely to be nice, if it is down near Morocco then time to pay attention.
But occasionally they can give a heads up of a feature not showing up on the ecmwf or gfs models. Like now, hints of something going on down round the canaries which isn't showing up yet on the models >

Once in a long while similar happens further north up round the bay of Cadiz so occasionally might be a handy heads up for anyone wanting head north up the Portuguese coast, good chance of some southerly wind.
