45 years of Motor Boat & Yachting Magazines

Hello I am writing on behalf of my mother who was recently widowed. My father, an avid sailor until ill health caused him to sell his beloved boat two years ago, had kept every single copy of MBY magazine for over 45 years. For the first few years, for members too young to remember, the magazine was a fortnightly publication. We now have boxed up in our garage hundreds of copies and we do not want to take them to the tip. My mother lives in Torquay and is shortly moving back to Leicestershire and cannot take them with her. Do any members out there have any bright ideas as to who we could give/sell them to. Mum would be happy for a donation to the Torbay Lifeboat. I contacted a collectors website but they never came back to us, probably boats are not as interesting as trains!
