look for a sportcruiser with closed deck salon around 40 foot, maximum 399cm wide.
Maximum around 8 years old.
A big plus is a lot of glas like the Sealine C390 SEALINE C390 | Maximum driving pleasure, design & comfort
And roof that you can open.
C390 is quite new so still expensive, budget maximum 400 000 Euros.

Have found the Grandezza CA39, Bavaria S40 Coupe

I will suggest one of the Nordic alternatives : Marex 375. It's a very high quality boat and you really have to get a tour of one in person to appreciate all the various little tricks and smart solutions in the boat.

I believe this model has been in production since 2015/2016 and I think it should be possible to find a secondhand one within your budget. However, I know from the official dealer in Denmark that almost all used boats have been vacuumed off the market this summer - all the Nordic/German dealers have a long list of interested buyers lined up for used boats.

I believe they call the material dark grey alcantara. However, I am not sure if it really is alcantara or some synthetic microfiber/alcantara copy product. They have used this material for many years so I would think that it holds up quite well (or they would probably have received a lot of complaints about it), but you would have to check up with a current owner about that.
