4-stroke outboard

Just posted this in the 'Wanted' forum (not convinced it's as well read as this one)...

I fancy getting an old-but-reliable 4-stroke outboard (electric start, remote steering etc) to replace my old-but-reliable 25Hp Suzuki 2-stroke outboard.
10-25Hp should do the job.

Anyone able to help?

Never swapped an engine before - any tips/pointers? e.g. "don't drop it in the water"

Once only opportunity

Got a compound 4 stroke (2 strokes in left and 2 strokes in right cylinder) with infinitesmal consumption due to seizure. One careful owner & made by Johnson (no spares as bust) but otherwise a bargain.

Thanks but I'm told it should be in the 10-25 HP bracket.
