Adding more small wheels won’t help. Just more drag. Need wider and larger diameter wheels.

We fitted these SUPROD HD200 wheels which have transformed use of the dinghy, but heavy so only really use on a dinghy carried on davits - Stainless Steel A4 Launching Wheels SUPROD HD200, grey/blue - TITAPS , £ 111,22
We have similar, great for soft beaches, sand and shingle. Worth getting solid tyres, how do I know:-0. interesting these yours rotate 90 degrees, looks useful, will look out for those if we renew.

I have the one Pablo suggested. They're fine on sand, especially if it's a bit damp, pretty useless on soft shingle, but ISTM that that's a function of the width of the wheel. Rum Run's balloon tyres may be better, but I don't see what advantage the others would offer at three times the price.
