And no.... it would be pretty much impossible from Harwich by bike..... you might be able to do the last 2 or 3 miles on foot (its along a marshy/sandy area), but really only practical by boat!
Thumbing a lift from Ha'penny Pier is the only viable option. If my crew is mutining (?) then a big strong boy to deal with the anchor would be welcome /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
