Exactly what I thought, maybe some poor swimmers or children fell in and they were jumping in to rescue.

Hard to tell whether they were distressed or mucking about. It's an ancient video and was posted on here perhaps 5 years ago

One jumped in from the starboard side just after the boated righted itself, but then another jumps from port side right near the end. Looks like a drunken party to me. As my old gran used to say, it's all good fun until someone gets hurt.

The outcome was probably not as expected though.
