3 boats at Brighton.

Went to Brighton Marina to look at 3 boats today.
No 1.Fairline 31?.Quick look at boat indicated more space than my existing boat but interior was a bit tired to say the least.Broker mentioned that this boat featured in MBM this month.
No2. was 38 ft Colvic.Again,interior was showing its age and needed updating(blue ceiling)
No3.Princess 330.Bit better overall,but "lived in" cabin trim again!!!
Had v.nice meal in cafe overlooking marina,did try to see if any boats had montains of shoeboxes on deck,but found none and assume a certain lady had gone to sea for the day./forums/images/icons/laugh.gif
Not 100% sure that broker had ever been anywhere near water anytime ever.

Yes Arthur, it's all finished and looking good. The only downside is that it attracts even more visitors. It was packed yesterday ..... why don't they just f.. f.. - go away !

But still planning to build more flats. The hard has space for 90 boats (at a pinch) but with, over a 1000 berths, a bottom scrub and a coat of paint has to count as your annual refit.
