After 25 years (plus training and evaluation period), during which she has spent a considerable chunk of her spare time: a) clutching stopwatch beside wet cold race tracks, b) huddling in cold wet boat cockpits and c) waiting for me to return from golf, Mrs Stugeron will today receive her distinguished long service award. Bless her.
