240V Mains Cable for Internal Wiring - Specification

I need to move my consumer unit and therefore run longer mains wire inside the boat. The flex has a flat, white outer cover, green, black, white conductors, tinned. I assumed that this was a USA specification. Marine Superstore specific this rather expensive wire which looks identical to what is fitted Ancor Triple Core Tinned Cable Triplex

What do you recommend for mains wiring inside the boat?
