What's the guessing at the value for a 20ft wooden yacht, floating, and in a top of the range village marina berth in the Solent. No other details available. Main question is whether a liabilty or an asset.

strange question but if you can afford the berth the boat is probably worth something as well. Asset - but it's a 50 50 chance of being wrong!

A 20 ft boat is small enough to tow and easy to maintain but Why ? Other than the berth, perhaps you could put a Sadler 29 in the berth.
Depends on the difficulty of obtaining berthing there.
I suppose the value of the 20ft craft is a bit academic.
