Keep it up all, this is going really well. We have had some fab calendars in the past, I think this will be an excellent start to 2014.
I am going to have a small gathering at the Crooked Billet in Leigh On Sea to decide the photos to be included, and in what order. Ale and other comestibles will fuel the decision/argument process.
The train station is only 200 yards away.
After the calendar ding-dong, I am going to have dinner.
Would love to see all of you or anyone.
Let me know, and I will book a table or two.

The real ales are excellent, and food is passable good.

Thank you. I am glad someone else likes them (as well as I do). I think it is the Nature that is beautiful and I simply capture it when I can and as you say, so do many others. When sailing or out and around the East Coast there is so much to see isn't there?
The Sepia one is of Colin, owner and skipper of smack, Telegraph; the boat with the swans and snow. Taken many years ago from the tender as we approached Telegraph from Mersea Island one early misty Sept morning for the Smack race.
Yes, I live near Maldon_ I love Maldon, Mersea, Tollesbury etc.
