Hi, I hope you can help I'm looking at buying a little 25hp speedboat as a first boat but I wanted to check if I need a river licence/safety certs to use this on the river (River Trent), I've asked people when calling about ones for sale and they seem to say I don't need anything, just put it in the water and use it but I'm doubtful.
