Hello,
I am considering purchasing an HR. Has anyone had issues with wood rot inside? In the attached picture, I am sitting in the v berth facing aft.

I think that photo privileges are reserved for those senior members who done at least several posts, or a few anyway. My HR is the later 34 with different construction. I don’t know the 352 in detail but I did once hear that there could be a problem if the foot of the mast support was left to sit in the wet. As I say, this is not something that I know directly, and it should be easy enough to check. I think they are generally considered sound boats.

All you could wish to know about the (re) construction of a 352 ?

That may or may not be useful as the OP is looking at an HR 35 from 1978 which is probably a Rasmus which was replaced by the 352 in 1978/9. They are very different designs and construction.
