F1-2 .La Manche is like a mill pond.
Just off up to Waitrose to stock up on "Rose".

Have to say its very pleasant in Ramsgate we were there mid August with similar weather.

Ah, we were also going but are now celebrating covid for the second time, first decent weather for ages and stuck here watching the jet ski's and others.
Have booked the last week in September as a holiday so prepare for some biblical weather.

RCC Club Sail past this weekend but might pop up the road to Maidstone following weekend.
Feel sure the Costa D Midway temps will hold up a bit longer yet.
Ps did spot a dead dog on our last expedition up to Allington.

I can Trump that with a sheep, stuck under the pontoon.
Moved with the longest pole I could find in case it exploded, hopefully it didn't get tangled in your props like most things do.

Club member (a forumite) recently rescued some poor soul who jumped off Rochester Bridge, fortunately he become aware of somebody in the water around 05.00 , located a nearbye inflatable and pulled them from the water.
The emergency services did their job and the casualty is reported to be OK.
