150 Years Suspension Bridge Fireworks - 7th December

It so happens that high tide is 7:30pm on the 7th and the fireworks are at 7pm.

We're going to go up the channel and watch from the boat. Sailing from Portishead Marina around 5ish.

Would anyone else like to join us. Likely we'll kedge just outside the lock gates or maybe further down river on the North Side of the Bridge.

it would be worth having a look at the NtoM for that event.

There's a big exclusion zone.

I suspect, sadly, that with an estimated 100000 people coming to watch the display there are going to be a number of incidents involving people falling in, or off the surrounding gorge.
