14hp Evinrude Parts - Can't Locate Model Number Online

I recently purchase a 14hp Evinrude outboard (Model # HX14RSP) and I would like to replace the impeller, but I haven't been able to locate my model number online. Looks like a Hong Kong model. I would appreciate any advice.

I have the same motor model HX14RSP14hp Evinrude. it's from Hong kong. Would anyone have the parts manual and would know where to buy it?
