12v LED colour downlights

So some of my cockpit lights are looking shabby after 18 years!
Anyone come across options for replacement downlights with remote colour changing LEDs similar to this... ? But waterproof and you can wire straight in. I'm not sure they exist hence the post.

I found and used remote waterproof LED strips quite easily.

So this is what I have. Plastic 12v LED looking past it!
Anyone got recommendations for either cheap simple replacements or fancy color changing?
