12V / 240V Circuit Schematic Program

I downloaded AutoCAD from Autodesk some years ago to produce drawings in connection with my work by registering as a student who can get it free. I've been registered as a 'student' for about 15 years with no problems. AutoCAD is the standard for all sorts of applications but possibly a bit over the top for a simple schematic.

If you go to the App Store and search on "Electric Design" on my Mac it's the first one that appears, but because I already have it it doesn't show me the price.
There's also ElectricDesignPro which is a free download with a limit on 100 objects before you have to unlock at £16.99 - so at least you could try it to see if it's what you want. Electric Design is £14.99 with no free download offered.

Fritzing ( Fritzing ) is another free one that's well worth investigating.
You can play around with different layouts, and switch between breadboard and schematic layouts.
