Does anyone know what stops the motor inside the motor assembly from rotating and stripping the wiring. This is happening when the wheel assembly gearbox gets over burdened and locks, the motor still rotates within the housing? Thanks

Please take a look for the spares as been advised that the new replacement is not an economical option for the sail I currently have. There seems to be no old parts kept nowadays although there is a demand. Thanks

If the tensioner is the wedge then yes, ideally I would like two, better still three as then I have a spare, one of the batten box itself (that are fastened to the sail) is also a risk. width of my battens beil ng 40mm. thankls

Hi Elvstrom was the sailmaker. The batten box is obsolete. What I am hoping is that someone has some used spares they no longer need. I dont want to have to fit all new boxes as only just got the boat back into the water following storm Eunice. Thanks

Hi Trying to source replacements but they are now obsolete. All are in place on the sail with 4 x 40mm wide flat battens, however three of the interconnecting parts went overboard and they do not float. Maybe someone may have some lying around. Thanks

Low water was depth at 3 metres water not depth from from keel. It was predicted 3 metre high water. I ran 25 meters from water level all 8 mm chain. Bottom was sand/mud some, weed. Max 15 knots wind and tide would have ran at 1.8 knots. thanks
