I have used Mark McGarvey, he is based around Bangor, very practical guy and not the most expensive.

Way over priced, lift in/out will vary dependant on the yard as will labour rates.

I would do as Tranona says use SML, I have used them extensively since they came into being, a good few years now.
know their products and will guide you in the options available.

You need to get the dirt out before you use oxalic the acid only lightens and maybe removes deeper seated stains, so yes use a cleaner such as you suggest, usually red and green in colour . The red one is for cleaning green for lightening. Use plenty of water to wash off then apply the semco...
