Does it work on mud. My boat seems to allow mud to impregnate the antifoul on my deep mud drying mooring. Can any one tell me if the sanding mesh and pole will clean off that stuff too. It sounds so good that I have ordered a pole and mesh anyway.

I think Trident are still in Gateshead, a little down stream from the Baltic building. Why not look for local yachties and blag a few bits, most boats have will some surplus they would happily donate. I wouldn't try the fishing boats in North Shields though.

Try Wickes I used some thing from wickes. Mould/algae killer used on brickwork. It works a treat but there is a slight white discolour after green has gone. This washes out with soap.
