Watch out in Kalamata then. I was fined €300 for not having a TL two years ago. Like you my boat is SSR and was documented as being in Greece on Brexit day. I spent days arguing with them, backed by support from Chris Robb, to no avail. Eventually I had to buy a TL, pay the fine and leave.

Thanks for your reply. My boat was built in Italy in 1974 and has remained in the EU ever since. Therefore, my understanding is that she is considered VAT paid in the EU.

Mr Cassandra, Presumably when they said you were not allowed to move, that was for COVID reasons? Even so, it seems odd that they therefore say that you need no TL. Lots of different interpretations of the TL rules at the moment........
