Got two of them, as new and working as should
£30each £50 the pair or best offer
Collection Somerset near Glastonbury, don’t think I can be bothered with the hassle of posting sticks as it will work out expensive and I don’t really have anything to wrap them with
But I could post if...
Just got an older chart plotter i didn't use in the new boat and I've put it on ebay, should be worth 300-400 i guess, but starting at £150 to get it shifted.
the only thing with it is a small green line on the display as shown in the photos, the plug dont appear to be original with the socket...
Got an excess multifunction display I’m looking to sell, comes with power lead - not sure it’s original as the locating pins have been cut to make it fit - but it works
Only thing to mention is there is a small green vertical line on the screen, doesn’t effect the touch screen or anything but I...
same as the other boat, perfectly fits your brief as does any production boat to be honest and most are down to personal preference, it does have a LOA of ~10.6m though and the waiting list for 10-12m berths is longer than 8-10m berths so just bear that in mind about where your going to keep it...
alot of people fall into this trap, its hard to know what you want in a boat until you sail one though, my second boat is not at all what i thought i would upgrade to, but it works for me.
for some on this forum and the sailing fraternity anything without a crow's-nest is considered modern
Great boat for your intended purpose, if its well cared for and well equipped it means you can just hop on and go sailing! we started with a 32ft basically similar boat, loved it, the amount...
my 2 cents;
I'm happy to single hand anything up to 40ft ish while out at sea (with the right kind of equipment), to be honest the bigger boats are usually less harsh on the body and you get a more comfortable ride, where you may fall foul is in marinas especially if you go the long keel route...
no you wont as you're not importing it, its already registered in the UK so to speak so RCR / RCD grandfather rules still apply.
its only when you're importing the boat the RCR and RCD become a thick treacle of nonsense.
be that as it may, how exactly was your comment welcoming or encouraging to any new sailors?
imagine a thread where all the OP got was positive tips and encouragement on how to manage a boat singlehanded, that would be the very definition of doing a lot to encourage people into sailing.
I've not had the same experience with autohelms to be honest, my previous boat had a simple raymarine belt & small motor on the helm, the only annoyance was its noise in operation, it was built in 2006 and still served me well for many miles trouble free, now i have an actuator version on the...
no wonder new members steer clear of this cesspit, i lurked for many years not wanting to post thanks to crappy comments like this, these days i just dont care
