    should be with grp - foam - grp unless they mean frp instead which could be epoxy and roving, carbonfibre or the like or praps they mean it's not just a grp layup and has the foam aswell as the grp. <hr width=100% size=1>

    Hi as for the best means to make the cut i find a jigsaw with the plastics/grp cutting blade. You can buy a pack of assorted jigsaw blades in 'wickes' the one you wan't is the small black one with a sort of rough edge, this cuts easily and neatly and shouldn't chip, although it is better to cut...

    'yeah' did say put it on with a roller lots of thin coats. you can try a courser grade down to 60 wet and dry and you can still go through the grades to get a good finish but be carefull you don't cut through the gelcoat. Unfortunatly it is going to be very labourious to cut it out electric...
