why would you want one that takes disposable batteries when you could for very similar price have lithium ion which have very low self discharge, tiny memory effect and last much longer than the best disposables?

They are adjusting pontoons in Chichester marina too which seems to be for the same reason.

Just googled, seems some are already offering marine Galileo enabled devices. http://www.usegalileo.eu/EN/inner.html#data=maritime If you have a recent Snapdragon chipped phone it'll be able to see Galileo sats.

I don't know the answer to this or whether it's relevant but when people spec new boat electronics do they consider whether it's Galileo compatible or is everything compatible by default. Or doesn't it matter?

Personally I'd go for a 2 stroke 3.3 with neutral. I can get it to plan our 2.7.m airdeck.

A couple of years ago we tried to take two very small telescopic rods (no reel, line or hooks) to Spain, gatwick - malaga in hand luggage and was refused.

My son has a xbox one x and it runs off a cheap 350watt inverter quite easily, as in the cooling fan of the inverter rarely starts. The TV is 12v so just plugs into lighter socket. He tethers it to his phone for online games, it seems the data usage is quite minimal when doing so.
