Thanks for the reply. I have emailed them so waiting for a reply. It has always worked well up until today. It is handy having the software on my home desktop for passage planning purposes as well as the boat laptop for sailing.

Today my 2016 subscription Belfield Tide Plotter on both my on board laptop and home desktop refused to open up. It has always worked ok and did yesterday. I have done a clean reinstall which did not work. My mobile app version works ok. Any ideas?
