I use this system on my Moody S31 and it works great. The only thing that niggles me is that the auto tiller unit is a bit noisy. Is there something that perhaps I should be doing to help this. For example some greasing or perhaps a service kit? Any suggestions? Cheers.

Thanks for all the replies. I asked the original question as I'd left the manual on the boat and needed to know before I went back down. I got down yesterday and the manual states clearly that the coolant pipes can be separated without loss of gas. Job done. New fridge up and running:-)...

I've just installed a Isotherm ge80 into my Moody S31 to convert the coolbox to a fridge. Is it ok to now uncouple the gas coolant pipe connections for short time, in order to make a slight change, or will I lose the gas?
